About the Programme

Ourthree-year Finance Graduate Programme offers hands-on experience across key finance functions—from Commercial Finance and Treasury to Operational and External Reporting. You’ll rotate through placements primarily based inChesterfield or London , with flexible remote working and occasional travel.

From day one, you’ll:

• Lead impactful projects that drive performance and change
• Work towards yourCIMA qualification (fully sponsored)
• Receive structured leadership training and mentoring
• Gain exposure to senior decision-makers and real business challenges

What We’re Looking For

We’re after ambitious, analytical minds with a passion for finance and a hunger to learn. You’ll need:

• A2:1 degree in finance – orAAT Level 4 with eligibility to start CIMA
• Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
• Confidence, curiosity, and the ability to influence and collaborate
