About the Company

We don't just "organize" events; we craft experiences that stick. As a leading Midlands-based agency, we work with global brands. This isn't a role for a bystander.

About the Role

You'll be the heartbeat of our delivery team, taking bold, creative concepts and translating them into seamless, high-impact realities. Whether it's a global corporate conference, a high-octane experiential activation, or a complex hybrid production, you'll own it from the first brief to the final load-out.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Event Management: Leading the charge from initial brief and creative brainstorming through to post-event ROI analysis.
  • Strategic Execution: Working alongside creative and production teams to ensure that "cool ideas" are actually "executable realities."
  • Client Partnership: Acting as a trusted advisor, guiding corporate clients through the journey with confidence, transparency, and flair.
  • Budget Mastery: Managing timelines and six-figure budgets (£100k+) with surgical precision.
  • The "On-Site" Lead: Thriving under the lights. You'll lead on-site delivery, managing AV, production, and suppliers to ensure everything lands perfectly.
  • Quality Control: Obsessing over the "final 1%"—the details that separate a good event from an unforgettable experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience Requirement: Agency-side experience in corporate events is essential for this role.
  • Agency Background: 3–5+ years within an Event Agency or Production Agency. You understand the fast-paced nature of agency life and thrive in it.
  • Proven Track Record: You've successfully managed complex projects with £100k+ budgets and audiences of 250+ delegates.
  • Technical Literacy: A solid grasp of production, AV, and virtual platforms. You speak the language of technicians and designers alike.
  • Independence: You're a self-starter who can lead a project independently while knowing exactly when to pull in the wider team for support.
  • Commercial Acumen: You understand that great events need to be both creative and profitable.

Required Skills

  • The "Cool Head": You remain solutions-focused when challenges arise (and in events, they always do).
  • The "Plate Spinner": Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams without dropping the ball.
  • The "Collaborator": You elevate the people around you and value the collective win.
  • The "Visionary": You're genuinely passionate about the future of live and hybrid experiences.

Is This You?

This role is a perfect match for an experienced Senior Event Manager, Senior Account Manager (Events), or Experiential Project Manager looking for a seat at a table where creativity and delivery are given equal weight.
