What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in live event production, including AV, lighting, and sound.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong client communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Valid UK driving licence (minimum age 21 for insurance).
• Ability to work well within a team and take leadership when required.

• Manage event projects from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.
• Develop detailed event proposals, specifications, and logistics schedules.
• Coordinate with venues, suppliers, and on-site crews.
• Ensure seamless event execution and resolve any on-site challenges.
• Conduct post-event reviews and contribute to process improvement.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service.
