  • Technical Leadership: Offer expertise in A/V requirements, lighting, sound, rigging, and set construction. Advise and liaise with clients and internal teams on technical feasibility and creative solutions. Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, including creating RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements). Travel both nationally and internationally to manage event delivery.
  • Business Development & Client Relations: Support in the preparation of proposals, contributing to RFPs and costings. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers. Help identify new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and networks.

Requirements:

  • Someone with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • A team player who can inspire and motivate others, even under pressure.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of quality across all aspects of production.
  • Passion for continuous learning and developing the technical production team.
