- Supplier & Team Lead: Source, brief, appoint, and lead all external suppliers (venues, AV, freelancers) and internal team members, ensuring clear scopes of work, contracts, and deadlines are met.
- Financial Ownership: Own and manage detailed project budgets from proposal through to reconciliation, actively monitoring spend, flagging risks, and ensuring profitability.
- Production & Content Management: Translate creative vision into practical production briefs, coordinate technical teams, manage venue logistics (site visits, reporting), and oversee the run-of-show and speaker content delivery.
- Client Partnership: Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, providing clear, confident guidance and acting as the main point of communication throughout the project.
