We’re looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience in a creative agency environment, supporting event management execution. You’ll be able to oversee key aspects of smaller-scale events for exciting brands and projects, while also contributing to larger events, gaining valuable experience along the way! Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Lead smaller projects from start to finish—managing planning, budgeting, and post-event reviews. Monitor progress, control costs, and ensure alignment with financial and sustainability goals. Navigate the Globe: Manage travel, accommodations, and visas for international attendees. Juggle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive under pressure. Proven experience in event management with a strong focus on financial oversight. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A passion for executing creative and impactful events. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event registration platforms. Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work irregular hours.
