Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
Location: Northamptonshire, England, United Kingdom
Hybrid Working: 4 days in the office
Role: End-to-End Delivery for Major Automotive Account
This is a fast-paced agency role demanding strong logistical expertise, commercial acumen, and meticulous end-to-end event management. You will report directly into the Account Director.
Full driving licence and willingness to travel frequently across the UK are essential.

- Diverse Portfolio: Own the full project lifecycle for events including conferences, exhibitions, drive & rides, and significant large-scale outdoor events.
- Logistics & Inventory Focus: Hands‑on role managing suppliers (venues, caterers) and overseeing deployment of agency stock (e.g., marquees and stored event assets).
- End‑to‑End Ownership: Manage budgets typically up to £100k, working autonomously to deliver projects from brief to reconciliation, supporting the Account Director on pitches when necessary.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Experience)
- Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager in a fast-moving agency environment (Events/Communications).
- Budget Management: Experience managing project budgets up to ÂŁ100,000, handling financial tracking and supplier negotiation.
- Logistical Expertise: Strong background in event logistics, including coordinating venues, catering, and supplier management.
- Team Player: Used to working collaboratively in a busy team, reporting into a senior lead (Account Director).
- Travel Ready: Comfortable with significant UK travel; must hold a full driving licence.
- Practical Mindset: Hands‑on approach to managing physical assets (productions managers exist).
What You’ll Do
- Work autonomously to manage multiple projects end-to-end (conferences, exhibitions, ride & drives, outdoor events).
- Take full responsibility for supplier relationships, negotiation, and contract management (venues, caterers, etc.).
- Oversee the practical logistics of large outdoor events, coordinating agency stock and physical event assets from the company stores.
- Maintain strict budget control, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within the agreed financial parameters.
- Provide support to the Account Director during the pitching process for new business and account growth.
