Role Overview

You’ll own projects end-to-end — from planning and resourcing to live delivery and reconciliation — ensuring everything runs on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. You’ll collaborate closely with creative, production, client services, and suppliers, acting as the operational anchor that keeps teams aligned and clients confident.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery
    • Plan and execute experiential campaigns, events, and installations
    • Manage projects against timelines and scopes
    • Lead on-site delivery, troubleshooting challenges in real time
    • Balance creativity with operational precision
  • Client & Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the operational liaison for client services
    • Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Communicate proactively with clients, suppliers, and senior stakeholders
    • Support client services in identifying growth opportunities
  • Budget & Financial Control
    • Manage project budgets, POs, invoicing, and reconciliations
    • Track spend against projected profit and maintain margin visibility
    • Lead post-event reconciliations to inform forecasting
  • Team Leadership & Ways of Working
    • Line manage up to one team member (where required)
    • Ensure consistent adherence to processes, systems, and ways of working
    • Mentor and support team members to build capability
    • Champion performance systems, coaching, and leadership programmes

  • Comfortable with project and finance tools (Scoro, Pleo, Confluence preferred)
