Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time

I am delighted to be partnering with a brilliant, growing SME event agency based in Leicestershire to help them find their next Project Coordinator. This is a hands-on, fast-paced coordinator role designed for someone relatively early in their events career who wants to stop watching from the side-lines, get stuck in, and genuinely progress. You’ll be working directly alongside incredibly talented Project Managers and Producers, supporting them across the full lifecycle of premium corporate events.

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

  • Event Lifecycle Support: Assisting across venue research, sourcing, and initial site proposals.
  • Delegate Management: Keeping registration data spotless and managing attendee communications.
  • Logistics & Print: Coordinating event collateral, shipping schedules, and keeping timelines on track.
  • Supplier Coordination: Liaising with trusted vendors, tech teams, and caterers.
  • On-Site Delivery: Getting out there on-site to help bring premium corporate events to life.

What We Are Looking For

We need someone with an events or event operations background. If you already have agency experience, that’s fantastic, but it is not essential — what matters most is that you understand the pace of the events world. Beyond your background, the agency is hiring for attitude. They are looking for:

  • Proper Sharp Attention to Detail: The kind of person who catches the tiny mistakes before anyone else does.
  • Next-Level Organisation: You are organised to the point where other people actively notice it.
  • A Proactive Mindset: You don’t wait to be told what to do; you see a gap, and you fill it.
  • The 'Extra 1%' Attitude: You do things properly because you genuinely care about the quality of the output, not because you were asked twice.
  • An Open Mind: You are entirely comfortable asking questions. In this team, not knowing all the answers is completely OK—curiosity is encouraged.

Why This Agency? They are a close-knit, ambitious, and highly supportive team. Because they are an SME, your impact will be seen and celebrated every single day. They actively invest in people who bring the right energy, and there is a very clear, structured development path here for someone looking to grow into a fully-fledged Project Manager.
