What You’ll Do:

  • Technical Authority: Set the agency's technical production vision, translating bold creative concepts into flawless event realities.
  • End-to-End Delivery: Oversee keynotes, exhibitions, and brand activations from brief to strike. Create detailed CAD/Vectorworks plans and manage multi-currency budgets of £1m+.
  • Team & Supplier Leadership: Recruit, line-manage, and develop the internal technical team while growing an elite freelance and supplier network.
  • Commercial Impact: Act as the technical expert in high-stakes client pitches to drive business growth.
  • Sustainability: Embed sustainable and accessible procurement practices across all productions.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Agency Experience: 8+ years in technical production roles within a live event, experiential, or exhibitions agency.
  • Technical Depth: Expert knowledge of AV, lighting, sound, rigging, LED, and scenic construction (immersive tech/XR a plus).
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in CAD/Vectorworks and industry finance software (e.g., PROCIM).
  • Compliance & Budgets: Strong commercial acumen managing £1m+ budgets and a solid understanding of global health and safety (IOSH, CDM).
  • Leadership & Travel: Proven track record of managing internal teams and a willingness to travel internationally.
