What You\’ll Do:

As our Project Manager, you\’ll be the driving force behind our internal comms, employee engagement, and incentive events, ensuring strategic delivery and exceptional experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Project Leadership:
  Taking ownership of projects from initial brief through to post-event analysis, ensuring alignment with client objectives and internal communication goals.
• End-to-End Planning & Execution:
  Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, meticulously managing all logistical elements, supplier relationships (venues, DMCs, travel partners), and creative deliverables.
• Client & Stakeholder Management:
  Building strong, collaborative relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and effectively managing expectations to ensure satisfaction.
• Budget & Financial Oversight:
  Proactively managing project budgets, tracking expenditure, and ensuring profitability and financial accuracy.
• Team Collaboration:
  Working closely with creative, technical, and production teams to translate concepts into reality, ensuring seamless delivery.
• Problem-Solving & Adaptability:
