What You’ll Do:
- End-to-End Registration & Tech: Design, configure, and maintain custom registration sites on platforms such as CVENT and EventsAir.
- Delegate & Inbox Management: Act as the trusted point of contact for delegates and key opinion leaders, maintaining clear, professional, and responsive inbox communications.
- Logistics & Ops Delivery: Oversee travel arrangements, rooming lists, transfer manifests, Banqueting Event Orders (BEOs), departure notices, and welcome collateral across multiple concurrent events.
- Supplier Collaboration: Coordinate smoothly with venues, housing bureaus, DMCs, caterers, and local ground partners.
- Reporting & Insights: Monitor, analyze, and present accurate registration statistics across various systems.
- On-Site Execution: Participate in virtual and off-site client planning meetings (managing minutes and action items), then head on-site globally to deliver seamless live events.
