What’s Different About This Role?
This is the most critical hire for our agency right now. We are looking for a Mid-Weight technical powerhouse to step into our high-energy Design Studio and immediately bridge a vital skill gap. Reporting directly to the Head of Studio within an elite team of three, you won’t just be "tweaking files"—you will be the final guardian of quality for global B2B events, exhibitions, and immersive experiential campaigns. Your work will transition from your screen to massive physical builds and digital stages for the world’s leading brands.
What You’ll Bring:
- The Agency Pedigree: You must have 3–5 years of professional experience within a creative or events agency. We need someone who is "agency-ready" and thrives under the specific pressures of production deadlines.
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is non-negotiable. You are highly skilled in design and can work across a variety of 2D formats.
- Print Production Expertise: You possess a deep, working knowledge of print production specifications—CMYK, Pantone, bleeds, and high-res requirements are second nature to you.
- Meticulous Eye: An obsession with detail. You understand that in the world of large-format exhibition graphics, there is no room for error.
- The Portfolio: You have a stunning portfolio that demonstrates your depth and range, particularly in event design, print, or exhibition work. (Please note: A portfolio is required for submission).
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Design Production: Develop and refine 2D artwork, graphics, and visual elements for complex exhibition stands, event signage, and digital applications.
- Technical Realization: Transform creative concepts from the Head of Design into flawless, production-ready files that meet global technical standards.
- Brand Integrity: Ensure 100% compliance with strict client brand guidelines across all visual identity systems for international tech giants.
- Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with the small, dynamic studio team to solve creative problems and push the boundaries of what’s possible in experiential design.
- Trend Awareness: Stay at the absolute forefront of design trends and AI tools (like Midjourney) to keep our creative output elite.
Why You’ll Love It:
You are joining a studio where Collaboration and Excellence are the culture. Because this is our most urgent role, you will have the opportunity to make an immediate, visible impact. You’ll see your work physically realized at some of the most prestigious events on the planet. We offer a culture that values "creative problem-solving" over mere decoration and provides the autonomy to own your technical craft.
The Ideal Fit:
A quality-obsessed, highly skilled Mid-Weight Artworker who is ready to hit the ground running and save the day in a fast-paced, world-class studio. This is our priority hire—our talent community is already buzzing about this one. Apply now with your portfolio to ensure you’re in the mix!
