We’re looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience in a creative agency environment, supporting event management execution.

You’ll be able to oversee key aspects of smaller-scale events for exciting brands and projects, while also contributing to larger events, gaining valuable experience along the way!

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Lead smaller projects from start to finish—managing planning, budgeting, and post-event reviews.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and teams.
  • Monitor progress, control costs, and ensure alignment with financial and sustainability goals.
  • Calm the Chaos: Coordinate logistics for large-scale events, from A to Z.
  • Design and Deliver: Create stunning registration sites that leave a lasting impression.
  • Navigate the Globe: Manage travel, accommodations, and visas for international attendees.
  • Build Relationships: Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
