JOB ALERT EVENT AGENCY ‘PROJECT DIRECTOR’ / ‘EXEC PRODUCER or SENIOR PRODUCER’

Location: South London (4 days office working)

We’re actively seeking a dynamic Exec Producer or Event Project Director to lead live events and custom builds within a creative agency in South London. We could also look at Senior Producer level too.

KEY ELEMENTS

  1. Project manage high-quality, complex events from design to onsite delivery.
  2. Act as the linchpin for event production, collaborating with technical and creative teams.
  3. Develop branding scope and deliverable briefing documents, proposing opportunities to clients.
  4. Bring innovative ideas to event formats, ensuring client and attendee satisfaction.
  5. Lead project meetings and communications with stakeholders.
  6. Manage pitch proposals, identify opportunities with existing clients, and provide social media content.
  7. Mentor junior team members and deliver against employment milestones.

HOLY GRAIL:

  1. Proven experience as a Senior Producer, Executive Producer or Project Director from an EVENTS AGENCY BACKGROUND.
  2. Global destination knowledge and extensive budget management experience.
  3. Track record of delivering successful projects on time under pressure.
  4. Creative thinker with great communication skills.
  5. Ability to prioritize workload, problem-solve independently, and negotiate effectively.
  6. Willingness to travel when required and IT literate (MS Office).
  7. Enthusiastic, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
