This is a senior role for a confident, solutions-driven leader who can influence at the highest level and help shape the creative and commercial future of the business. • Strong commercial acumen, confident managing seven-figure budgets, negotiating with suppliers, and protecting margin while maintaining quality
  • Clear, confident communicator, able to engage C-suite clients, internal leadership, and large delivery teams
  • Experienced team leader with a passion for mentoring and growing production talent
  • Solutions-focused, calm under pressure, and comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • A collaborative senior voice who leads by example, fostering trust, clarity, and motivation across the business
