What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years’ agency-side creative production experience under your belt, ideally using Sketchup.
  • You’re a budget wizard and a logistics guru, capable of managing budgets up to £200K with precision.
  • Confident and clear communication skills when engaging with clients.
  • Solid deck-building and moodboarding prowess (SketchUp know-how is a fantastic bonus!).
  • A genuine spark for interactive tech and the exciting world of creative brand experiences.
  • A calm and collected approach under pressure, a collaborative spirit, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • A full UK driving licence and your own car are essential due to the rural location of our studio outside Guildford.

What You’ll Do:

  • Take the reins and lead the full lifecycle of live brand activations and events.
  • Manage budgets of up to £200K with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborate closely with the founders to craft compelling creative proposals, pitch decks, moodboards, and timelines.
  • Work hand-in-hand with talented freelancers, suppliers, and technical teams to bring innovative builds to life.
  • Communicate with clients clearly and confidently at every stage of the project.
  • Dive in on-site with a proactive and problem-solving attitude to ensure seamless execution.
  • Stay ahead of the curve, keeping a keen eye on creative, cultural, and technological trends in the experiential landscape.
