  • Proficiency in deck-building and moodboarding; SketchUp is a plus.
  • A passion for interactive tech and creative brand experiences.
  • A calm, collaborative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • A full UK driving licence and own car, due to rural location outside Guildford.

  • Lead the full lifecycle of live brand activations and events.
  • Manage budgets up to £200K meticulously.
  • Collaborate with founders on creative proposals, pitch decks, moodboards, and timelines.
  • Work with freelancers, suppliers, and technical teams to execute builds.
  • Communicate clearly with clients throughout projects.
