We are looking for a proactive Event Assistant or Account Assistant to support our client's Account Managers and help bring innovative ideas to life!
What you'll be doing:
– Support the planning and execution of events from start to finish
– Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and innovate
– Manage logistics, client meetings, and budgets
– Engage in both physical and digital event coordination
– Assist with project administration, supplier coordination, and on-site activations
We are seeking someone who:
– Is highly organised and thrives under deadlines
– Possesses strong attention to detail and is a team player
– Enjoys working with senior stakeholders and building client relationships
– Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Is eager to contribute fresh ideas and drive team success
1-2 years experience, ideally events or marketing agency side is a real bonus!
