We’re looking for a strategic Agency Director to lead high-impact B2E (Business-to-Employee) portfolios. If you have "Agency DNA" and understand how to use live events to drive culture, EVP, and internal change, we want to talk.

We prioritise talent over proximity. Our refreshed hybrid model requires only 1–2 days a week in our London hub, making this perfect for top-tier candidates living further afield.

Your Expertise

  • Agency Leadership: 7+ years in a Corporate Event Agency, Internal Comms firm, or Incentive House.
  • B2E Strategy: Proven experience in Sales Meetings, Global Incentives, and Internal Engagement.
  • C-Suite Advisory: Confidence consulting at Board level on content and corporate narrative.
  • Commercial Rigor: Full P&L mastery over multi-million-pound global accounts.
