As a Senior Event Manager, you won't just execute logistics; you will take full ownership of high-impact B2B and B2E (Business-to-Employee) campaigns in a vibrant, collaborative hybrid environment.
- End-to-End Delivery: Lead complex live, virtual, and hybrid event projects (conferences, leadership summits, internal roadshows, activations, and award shows) from brief to execution.
- B2B & B2E Strategy: Partner with creative and strategic teams to design experiences for both corporate/external audiences and internal employee engagement programmes.
- Build deep, trusting relationships with senior brand stakeholders, acting as a consultative lead on event strategy.
- Pitching & Commercials: Lead and deliver dynamic client proposals, manage project budgets (£), and track profitability.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior event coordinators and producers, fostering a supportive, high-performing culture.
- Agency Background: Proven track record in a fast-paced live event, integrated marketing, or experiential agency.
- Dual Event Experience: Hands-on experience delivering both B2B corporate events and B2E internal change/engagement events.
- Supplier Network: A strong, established network of venue partners, production suppliers, and tech vendors across the UK and internationally.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong budgeting, contract negotiation, and pitching skills.
- Leadership: High EQ, resilience under pressure, and a passion for developing junior talent.
