Are you an Events Coordinator or Project Executive looking to join a creative, fast-growing live experience agency delivering exciting events for some of the world’s biggest brands? We’re working with a highly regarded London-based live experience agency that creates memorable brand experiences across the globe — from large-scale exhibitions and conferences to exclusive dinners and immersive consumer events.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, people-focused team where you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-profile events from concept through to execution.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Supporting Project Managers across multiple live event projects
  • Managing timelines, suppliers, venues and project documentation
  • Assisting with budgets, POs, supplier onboarding and reconciliations
  • Supporting venue visits, event planning and onsite delivery
  • Creating event materials, production documents and delegate information
  • Helping prepare proposals and RFP responses
  • Building relationships with clients, suppliers and industry partners

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience within an events agency or client-facing events environment
  • Enjoys working across a variety of projects and thrives in a fast-paced setting
  • Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Has excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Enjoys being hands-on and supporting the wider team to deliver exceptional experiences
