Location: Midlands (Hybrid working: up to 1 day WFO, 4 days WFH – more office time preferred if you live nearby)

Salary: £45k-£55k + performance & profit-related BONUS + top-tier Healthcare

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Campaign Project Manager —whether you’re at a developmental stage or more senior—to collaborate closely with clients and creative teams. You’ll manage a wide range of communications projects including campaigns, video production, animations, digital activations, and social media content.

What you’ll do:

1. Client & Stakeholder Liaison

  • Partner with Client/Account Leads to build and manage key relationships
  • Act as a subject matter expert, influencing project direction
  • Lead clients through research, development, production, and delivery phases
  • Manage stakeholder communications throughout

2. Project Management

  • Provide strategic input on every project
  • Develop project briefs, schedules, and scopes of work
  • Guide creative concepts and ensure vision consistency
  • Manage project plans, milestones, and communication tools
  • Oversee quality standards and collaborate with teams
  • Manage sub-contractors, suppliers, and their budgets
  • Secure timely client feedback and approvals
  • Archive all project files and assets

3. Budget Management

  • Understand and oversee budgets and fees
  • Create and support budgets for pitches and proposals
  • Negotiate budgets and commercial terms with clients
  • Manage payment schedules and supplier payments
  • Regularly reconcile budget spend and report to clients

4. Communication Skills

  • Manage diverse creative projects (campaigns, animations, digital activations, social)
  • Create and oversee digital workflows
  • Strong understanding of design and production processes

5. Ongoing Development

  • Uphold and promote the agency’s professional reputation
  • Innovate by bringing new ideas, techniques, and suppliers
  • Identify new client opportunities and collaborate on solutions

Who you are:

  • A seasoned Project Manager with agency experience (or client-side with creative project management exposure)
  • Exceptionally organized with strong communication skills
  • Able to think big but deliver with focus and energy
