Comms & Campaign Project Executive

Location: Hybrid / Leicester HQ (2 days a week in Leicester) Salary Range: £24,000 – £28,000 (dependent on experience)

Our client, a dynamic and innovative agency, is seeking a Comms & Campaign Project Executive to provide essential support across their campaigns and communications team. This is an incredible opportunity to kickstart your career in campaign delivery and creative production!

What You\’ll Do

This is a detail-focused, administrative role designed to keep projects running seamlessly. You\’ll be the backbone of the team, ensuring everything stays on track. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Coordination: Maintaining and updating trackers, timelines, and critical paths. You\’ll book internal meetings, studio time, and reviews, and assist with team resourcing to ensure tasks and milestones stay on schedule.
  • Content & Asset Management: Uploading final content and files to relevant portals and approval tools, managing feedback versions, and ensuring all files are perfectly organised and accessible. You\’ll also support with documentation and delivery notes.
  • Team Support: Joining meetings to capture key notes and next steps, collating creative feedback for the right teams, and assisting with project wrap-up, administration, and invoice tracking. You\’ll also act as a final pair of eyes, sense-checking content for any basic errors before delivery.
