Campaign Assistant – Junior Project Support (Creative Agency)

Hybrid 4 days WFH and 1 office day – IDEALLY CREATIVE AGENCY EXPERIENCE.

Salary £30k – £40k

Are you eager to develop your career in creative campaign management? We’re supporting a vibrant creative agency looking for 1 or 2 Campaign Assistants to join their team and get hands-on with exciting marketing campaigns across a variety of premium clients.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic junior role, ideal for someone with agency experience who’s ready to step up and support campaign delivery alongside senior project managers. You’ll get involved in day-to-day campaign tasks, helping to coordinate timelines, manage assets, and assist with client communications.

What You’ll Do:

• Support senior project managers in planning and executing creative campaigns
• Assist with scheduling, tracking milestones, and coordinating internal and external teams
• Help manage campaign assets, ensuring they’re on brief and delivered on time
• Liaise with clients and suppliers to support smooth project flow
• Contribute to reporting and documentation of campaign progress
• Learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment

Who You Are:

• Experience in an agency environment, ideally with exposure to campaign or marketing projects
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills, able to work well with diverse teams and clients
• Proactive, eager to learn, and ready to take on increasing responsibility
• Familiar with project management tools and creative production processes is a plus
