The Mission

As our Senior Project Manager, you are the bridge between a wild creative spark and a flawless physical reality. You won’t just be managing a to-do list; you’ll be leading the charge on high-stakes corporate conferences, experiential activations, and complex hybrid productions.

Your focus areas:

• The Blueprint: Leading end-to-end delivery from the initial "what if?" brainstorming sessions to the final post-event ROI debrief.
• The Partnership: Serving as the lead point of contact for global clients—acting less like a "vendor" and more like a strategic consultant.
• The Engine Room: Owning the technical and financial architecture. We’re talking six-figure budgets (£100k+) and timelines that require surgical precision.
• The Show-Floor: Taking the reins on-site. You’ll be the one directing AV, production crews, and suppliers, keeping a cool head while the lights are hot.
• The Final 1%: We believe the magic is in the details. You’ll be the guardian of quality, ensuring every touchpoint is polished to perfection.

Your Backstory

This isn’t your first rodeo. You understand the "controlled chaos" of agency life and you thrive on it.

• Agency Veteran: You have 3–5+ years of experience within an Event or Production Agency. You know how to pivot when a client changes their mind at the eleventh hour.
• Proven Scale: You’ve successfully steered projects for 250+ delegates and managed budgets that demand serious accountability.
• Tech Fluent: You speak "Production." You can hold your own in a conversation with AV technicians, set builders, and digital platform devs.
• Commercial Sharpness: You understand that a great event has to look incredible and make financial sense.
