What We\’re Looking For: Your Superpowers!
You\’re a seasoned pro with:
- Experience: A solid 8+ years in an events agency, including 2+ years at Senior PM level or above, with a proven track record in delivering both conferences and incentive events from start to finish.
- Client & Team Leadership: Exceptional skills in building and nurturing client relationships, and a natural leader when it comes to guiding project teams and on-site operations.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with delegate management systems (extra points for Cvent experience!).
- Global Guru: Deep knowledge of venues and destinations worldwide, strong supplier relationships, and a wizard with budget management – all critical for successful event execution.
- Creative Vision & Execution: A sharp eye for detail, logistics, and production, coupled with a truly creative mindset, ensuring flawless event delivery.
- Multi-Tasking Maestro: You thrive juggling multiple projects, owning every stage from that initial pitch, through complex production, to the final wrap-up.
