We’re looking for a brilliant Account Executive / Client Services Executive / Event Coordinator to join a fast-paced, high-performing team delivering unforgettable experiences for some of the UK’s most iconic brands.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic chance to step into a varied client-facing role where no two days are the same. You’ll support the delivery of exciting live events and creative projects from concept through to execution, working closely with clients, creatives and production teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating multiple event projects simultaneously
- Managing timelines, logistics, budgets and client communications
- Supporting pitches, proposals and new business opportunities
- Building strong long-term client relationships
- Collaborating with creative teams to deliver standout event experiences
- Playing a hands-on role onsite and throughout project delivery
