Royale Carers is a family-run, CQC-registered domiciliary care provider supporting people to live independently in their own homes across Southend-on-Sea and the surrounding area. We're looking for a compassionate, reliable Care and Support Worker to join our team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting service users with personal care, daily routines, and staying independent in their own home
  • Helping with domestic tasks, meal preparation, and accompanying people to appointments or outings
  • Building genuine, respectful relationships with the people you support and their families
  • Keeping accurate care records using our care planning system
  • Working as part of a supportive team, with full training provided

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in care, whether paid, family, or voluntary (essential)
  • A caring, patient, and reliable approach, with good communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexibly, including some weekends
  • Own transport and a full driving licence (desirable)
  • A Care Certificate or NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (desirable, not essential — full training given)
