The Person We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a commercially minded, senior performance marketer who enjoys taking ownership, building scalable channels, and driving measurable growth. You’ll be confident managing PPC, SEO, affiliate marketing, and Pinterest Ads as part of a joined-up performance strategy, with a clear focus on revenue, profitability, and long-term channel health. You’re analytical, data-led, and comfortable translating performance insight into clear actions and recommendations for senior stakeholders. You understand that performance marketing doesn’t sit in isolation. You naturally align paid and organic activity with wider brand, product, and commercial objectives, supporting launches, seasonal moments, and business priorities. You’re also forward-thinking and AI-ready, with an understanding of how search, discovery, and customer journeys are evolving. You’re comfortable adapting SEO and performance strategies for AI-led search and generative platforms, while keeping a strong commercial lens on what drives results.

Key Responsibilities

  • PPC & Paid Media
    • Own and manage paid media activity across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Pinterest Ads.
    • Build, optimise, and scale campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS, CAC, and incremental revenue growth.
    • Lead account structure, keyword strategy, audience segmentation, creative testing, and bid management.
    • Identify opportunities to reduce wasted spend and unlock growth beyond brand-led demand.
    • Manage budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting with confidence and accuracy.
  • SEO (Including AI & GEO Readiness)
    • Own and deliver the SEO strategy across technical, on-page, and content-led SEO.
    • Ensure Royalcraft’s SEO approach is AI-ready, supporting discovery across generative and AI-driven search platforms (GEO – Generative Engine Optimisation).
    • Structure content to support AI indexing and citation, including clear taxonomy, internal linking, FAQs, and authoritative product and category content.
    • Work closely with content, e-commerce, and external partners to improve rankings, traffic quality, and conversion.
    • Identify SEO content opportunities aligned with product launches, collections, and seasonal demand.
    • Monitor keyword trends, competitor activity, and evolving search behaviours, adapting strategy proactively.
  • Affiliate Marketing
    • Own and grow Royalcraft’s affiliate marketing programme, ensuring it delivers incremental, profitable revenue.
    • Manage relationships across affiliate networks, publishers, creators, and content-led partners.
    • Identify, onboard, and nurture high-quality affiliates aligned with brand positioning and product strategy.
    • Collaborate with affiliates on promotions, launches, seasonal activity, and exclusive offers.
    • Monitor performance, commission structures, attribution, and ROI to ensure scalability and profitability.
    • Proactively reduce cannibalisation and optimise the channel as part of the wider performance mix.
  • Tracking, Attribution & Performance
    • Ensure robust tracking and attribution across Google, Meta, GA4, Shopify, and affiliate platforms.
    • Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking, Enhanced Conversions, and clean product feeds.
    • Provide clear, actionable reporting and insight to senior stakeholders, linking performance directly to revenue and profit.
    • Use data confidently to inform optimisation, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
    • Work closely with the Marketing and E-Commerce teams to support campaigns, launches, and promotions.
    • Contribute to ad-led copy, creative direction, and messaging where required.
    • Support wider marketing activity during peak trading periods or key launches, flexing beyond PPC and SEO when needed.
    • Help shape best practice as Royalcraft continues to bring performance marketing in-house and build long-term capability.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience managing PPC and SEO at a senior level.
  • Proven experience delivering strong commercial results across Google Ads and Meta.
  • Experience managing or scaling Pinterest Ads as part of a wider paid media strategy.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, including technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and content strategy.
  • Hands-on experience managing and growing affiliate marketing programmes (e.g. AWIN), with a focus on incremental revenue and ROI.
  • Strong understanding of AI-led search behaviour and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).
  • Confident using AI tools to support research, optimisation, testing, and efficiency (while maintaining data quality and brand standards).
  • Highly analytical, commercially focused, and comfortable working both strategically and hands-on.
  • Collaborative, flexible, and happy to support wider marketing initiatives when required.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to bring PPC and SEO in-house and shape how performance marketing is run.
