This role sits at the heart of that growth.
The role
This role sits at the intersection of brand, digital performance, product and commercial strategy. You will take ownership of day-to-day marketing operations, manage internal team members and external partners, and ensure our campaigns, communications and launches align with wider company objectives. You will play a key role in shaping how new products are brought to market, how our brand is represented across channels, and how CRM contributes to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- New Product Development & Go-To-Market
- Lead marketing involvement in NPD
- Shape naming, positioning and storytelling of new collections
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans
- Align launch messaging across website, email and paid channels
- Work closely with commercial teams to ensure product launches support company targets
- Relationship Management
- Manage PPC and SEO agency relationships
- Manage affiliate partnerships
- Support retailer partners with brand representation and marketing materials
- Build strong cross-functional relationships internally
- CRM & Email Marketing
- Own the email marketing strategy and campaign calendar
- Develop lifecycle flows and segmentation strategy
- Drive measurable revenue growth through CRM
- Analyse performance and optimise campaigns accordingly
- Brand & Communications
- Maintain consistency of tone of voice and messaging
- Oversee campaign execution across digital channels
- Lead copywriting across website, email and campaign materials
- Ensure all communications align with brand positioning
- Team Leadership
- Manage and develop members of the marketing team
- Oversee content creation and campaign delivery
- Ensure deadlines are met and standards are maintained
- Act as operational lead for marketing delivery
- Budget & Performance
- Work within marketing budgets and support allocation planning
- Monitor channel performance and ROI
- Contribute to revenue forecasting

What We're Looking For
- 7+ years experience in marketing, ideally within retail, home or lifestyle
- Strong understanding of both brand and performance marketing
- Confident managing NPD from a marketing perspective
- Experienced in email/CRM platforms
- Comfortable managing agencies and external partners
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Experience managing or mentoring a team
- Ambitious, proactive and comfortable in a fast-growing business
