Leading the Pass Office Team you’ll manage and oversee the daily operations of the Pass Offices across different Royal Residences in London, ensuring consistent standards, professionalism, and effective training.

Key responsibilities:

  • Overseeing access and security procedures, you’ll manage the issue of passes and ID checks for hundreds of thousands of visits each year, ensuring compliance with security protocols and maintaining accurate records.
  • Acting as the first point of referral for Pass Officers, you’ll make informed access decisions, carefully assessing potential security risks to protect the Royal Family, staff, and visitors.
  • Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you’ll support high-profile events by coordinating access requirements, attending planning meetings, and ensuring smooth security arrangements.
  • You’ll maintain accurate security data, produce management reports, support security policy development, and oversee budgets for essential Pass Office supplies.
  • Managing recruitment and performance reviews, you’ll support the development of the team, helping them deliver a high-quality service.
  • Bringing experience from a pass office or receptionist environment, you’ll be confident in handling administrative tasks while ensuring a seamless visitor experience.
