Responsibilities:
- Meet with property owners to assess rental units and determine tenant readiness.
- Collect keys and install lockboxes.
- Show rental units to tenants and assist them with Rental Applications.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of Experience: You must have at least 5 years of experience in real estate or sales positions.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to connect and communicate clearly with clients.
- Strong Sales Mindset: A drive to meet targets, build relationships, and close deals.
- Self-Motivated & Independent: Ability to manage your schedule and client interactions effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Attention to detail in managing appointments, follow-ups, and showings.
