Royal Yachting Association is seeking a Development Manager for maternity cover in Newtownards. The role leads Development and Participation plans, builds capacity in clubs, and drives inclusion across NI.
You will work with senior leadership to translate strategy into measurable programmes and outcomes, while managing budgets and stakeholder relationships. Flexibility in hours, with either full-time (35h/wk) or part-time (min 27.5h/wk), and evenings/weekends as required.
