Royal Wootton Bassett Academy is seeking a proactive Enhanced Learning Provision (ELP) Support Assistant to work under the direction of the ELP Teacher and Lead Teaching Assistant. You will help students access learning, develop independence, and participate fully in school life through practical classroom and pastoral support.
The role is a fixed-term contract until 31 December 2026, part-time (30 hours) and term-time only (39 weeks), with a pro rata salary.
