We are seeking a passionate and innovative teacher to join our team and deliver the Alternative Baccalaureate (Alt Bacc) programme. This unique role offers the opportunity to support students in a non-traditional learning pathway that focuses on personal development, project-based learning, and real-world skills.

You will work with a small cohort of students aged 14-16, guiding them through a curriculum that values creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking. The Alt Bacc programme is designed for learners who thrive outside the constraints of conventional GCSEs and benefit from a more holistic and flexible approach to education.
