Royal Voluntary Service is hiring an Account Manager for GoVo for Business to join our team. You will manage a portfolio of GoVo customers, build strong relationships, drive platform adoption and support long-term retention in a 35-hour week, home-based role with occasional national travel.
Working closely with the Sales team, you’ll identify opportunities to grow accounts, provide data-driven insights and ensure excellent customer experiences in a growing SaaS business.
