The Royal Veterinary College (RVC) has an exciting permanent opportunity to join our Estates team as a part time (21 hours per week) Vehicle Administrator. Supporting our Campus Services team, you will be responsible for day-to-day administration and coordination of the RVC's student vehicle fleet used for travel to clinical rotations. The role ensures that all vehicle bookings, compliance requirements, documentation, and inspections are managed efficiently and in line with RVC policies, procedures and health and safety standards.
The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator with strong interpersonal, organisational, and multi-tasking skills, a sound background of IT systems such as Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
This role is primarily based at our Hawkshead Campus and flexibility with working hours will be necessary. We offer a generous reward package and benefits including:
