We have an exciting opportunity to join our team of Patient Care Assistants working alongside our Neurology and Surgery ward nursing teams. The successful candidate will be integral to our dynamic and dedicated team of vets, nurses and students who have a passion for patient care.
The post would suit a friendly team player who is hardworking, caring, and enthusiastic. Previous experience in an animal care environment is essential. The role will involve maintaining infection control standards, patient handling, walking, grooming and feeding. In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to be assist in our hydrotherapy service.
This is a full-time position working a mixture of shift patterns, 35 hours per week with 1:4 weekends.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
