We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and professional Executive Support Manager to provide high level administrative and advisory support to the Management Team in the Queen Mother Hospital for Animals at the Royal Veterinary College. This is a key role within the hospital, ideal for an experienced support professional who is proactive and confident operating in a busy and evolving environment overseeing all executive support activities. Working closely with senior management, you will deliver comprehensive administrative and strategic support. You will also work closely with our Executive Support Assistant who will be your direct report.

Duties

  • To provide high level administrative support, diary management, assistance and advice as required to the management team.
  • Coordinate QMHA recruitment by drafting recruitment documents, submitting staff request forms, raising purchase orders, coordinating social media advertisements, and arranging online interviews.
  • Liaison with HR regarding staff developments (starters, leavers, change of hours forms, grade changes etc).
  • Create reports using data from RX works (Practice Management System) using advanced excel functions.
  • Line management of an Executive Support Assistant.

The successful candidate will be highly proficient using MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.) as you will be required to work independently to collate and present data, write reports, meeting minutes and create internal communications.
