Are you a commercially driven manager with a track record of growing revenue and leading successful operations? We are looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to lead and develop our Students' Union commercial services. This is a hands‑on role where you will grow income, manage venues, and deliver activity that drives engagement and sales – including events, promotions, and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day operations of SU bars and commercial outlets.
- Drive income growth and financial performance.
- Develop new revenue streams (partnerships, sponsorships, merchandise).
- Deliver events and promotions that increase footfall and sales.
- Manage budgets, performance, and compliance.
- Lead and develop student and casual staff.
Qualifications
