We have an exciting opportunity to join our team of Patient Care Assistants complementing our busy Emergency, Critical Care and Medicine nursing teams. The successful candidate will be integral to our dynamic team of vets, nurses and students that thrive under pressure and most of all have a passion for patient care.

This post would suit a friendly team player who is hardworking, caring, and enthusiastic. Previous experience in an animal care environment is essential and an animal care qualification would be desirable, but it is not essential.

The role will involve maintaining infection control standards, patient handling, walking, grooming and feeding. This position is 21 hours per week, evenings Fri-Sun: 14.30-22:30 or 15:30-23:30. Training and ongoing support will be provided.
