An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Registry team at the Royal Veterinary College (RVC). The RVC is the UK\’s largest and longest-established independent vet school and is a Member Institution of the University of London. The RVC offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in veterinary medicine, veterinary nursing, biological sciences, and CPD in veterinary medicine and nursing.

We are seeking a dynamic Examination Administrator (Operations) to work within the Examination and Assessments team to improve service delivery in our fast-paced office environment. This role supports the Examinations Manager (Operations) in supporting in-person examinations, providing administrative support, and assisting with the preparation of examination papers in conjunction with academic staff. Occasionally, this may involve working in barns with live animals. You will be the first point of contact for students regarding in-person examinations and will organize special examination arrangements. This key role within the Registry ensures the smooth running of examinations at RVC.

The successful candidate will effectively handle a wide range of customer interactions, support in-person examinations, prepare papers, check quality assurance information, work methodically, follow processes, and pay high attention to detail and accuracy. A proactive and flexible approach is essential to manage the demands and challenges of the role.

Qualifications include being educated to A-Level standard or equivalent experience. The candidate should be able to follow procedures, plan, manage, and prioritize workload under pressure to meet deadlines.
