Queen Mother Hospital

We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our friendly Out of Hours team at the Royal Veterinary College. The role involves working approximately 20 hours per week on a rolling three-week rota, within our opening hours of 6pm to Midnight from Monday to Friday, and two out of three weekends, covering shifts between 8am and Midnight. The position is based at the Queen Mother Hospital for Animals and focuses on providing a first-class, customer-focused service to hospital clients, veterinary surgeons, and visitors, acting as a vital link between these groups and the hospital clinical staff during emotional times.

The Out of Hours team is essential for maintaining the seamless operation of our 24/7 service, supporting the administration, accounts, and reception teams.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in all aspects of our busy Front of House, delivering outstanding care and customer service to patients, clients, and the veterinary community. You will work alongside RVC clinical teams and students to provide a friendly and professional service.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for high-quality customer service, experience in reception work within a busy, client-focused environment, and an enthusiastic, personable approach to client and patient care. CPD is encouraged and funded.

Full training will be provided for this unique role.
