Royal Veterinary College is seeking a client services coordinator to join the Out of Hours team.

The role covers a 19-hour week on a rolling three-week rota, within 6pm–midnight, Mon–Fri, and weekends, to support hospital clients and visitors.

You will liaise with veterinary surgeons and clinical staff, delivering a high level of customer service in a busy setting.

You will work alongside clinical teams and students, providing friendly, professional service.
