Operations & Senior Leadership Tasks
- Plan and organise warehouse functions, including manning and saving activities.
- Supervise material movement and coordinate with third-party providers and internal teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication on delivery dates, quality, and customer commitments.
- Ensure stock accuracy, working alongside the stock controller ensuring the PI count is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Utilise off cuts.
- Understand ERP/MRP systems, SAP or similar W/H Management Systems.
Results/KPIs:
- On-time completion of warehouse activities.
- Delivery deadlines consistently met.
- Improved productivity and efficiency metrics.
- Driving development of SAP processes on the shopfloor to improve efficiencies.
QHSE & Compliance
- Drive a safety-first culture and ensure safe working practices.
- Conduct accident/incident investigations and follow up on root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE policies, procedures, and audits.

- Reduction in accidents/incidents.
- Compliance with audit requirements.
- Positive safety culture reflected in feedback and reporting.
Continuous Improvement & Site Performance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including material flow, FLT/crane strategy, and transport coordination.
- Identify and drive cost efficiencies and productivity improvements.
- Monitor and communicate KPIs while implementing improvement actions.

- Delivery of cost savings and efficiency gains.
- Achievement of site KPIs (safety, productivity, quality, cost).
- Documented improvements in processes and performance.
Stakeholder & Contractor Management
