Overview
If you have highly effective admin and organisational skills, there is an opportunity to join the Radiology Team as a Booking Clerk supporting the Booking Teams for 37.5 hours per week. This role is also the central point of communication for other hospital departments, GPs and outside agencies, so we are looking for an individual who can communicate effectively with colleagues, patients and medical teams.
Duties include making and taking telephone calls (which may need escalating appropriately), booking appointments and handling general enquiries. Previous admin experience is essential together with excellent computer skills with medical terminology.
