Responsibilities
To lead and co-ordinate the provision of a patient-centred Complementary Therapy Service for palliative care patients admitted to the inpatient unit (IPU) and attending our Living Well Out-patient services by offering handsâon therapies (such as massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, acupuncture and Reiki) and supporting group activities.
To recruit, train and co-ordinate volunteer Complementary Therapists providing management support and mentorship.
The role also includes the organisation and provision of complementary therapies to Royal Trinity staff to enhance their wellâbeing.
