As a Business Process Partner, you will play a key role in transforming how we work by reviewing, designing, and improving processes across clinical, operational, and corporate services. You will work collaboratively with teams to identify opportunities for improvement, support digital adoption and help ensure our processes enable efficient service delivery and high-quality patient care.

  • Lead the review, design and optimisation of business processes across clinical, operational and corporate functions.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements aligned to organisational strategy.
  • Map current and future-state processes using recognised methodologies such as BPMN, Lean and service design approaches.
  • Support digital transformation programmes, ensuring processes align with Microsoft 365 and other business systems.
  • Use data, performance metrics and customer insight to inform decisions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by coaching colleagues in Agile, Lean and service improvement practices.
