London Office based with a blend of home and office working. Full time, permanent. £35,250 per annum dependant on location.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Training Administration Officer at RTPI to work as part of the National Training Team to deliver digital CPD training programs for our members and non-members. In this role you will work as part of the National Training Team producing online CPD training programmes and delivering to our members via our learning management system.

You will have a key role in the full cycle of training administration using our CRM, learners’ engagement in our LMS, managing learners’ access to the relevant training content after online bookings. You will also host online webinars with groups of delegates, upload multi-media training materials to the system, update training content with the Trainers based on learners’ feedback and regulatory changes.

You will also work with Finance, IT, Membership and regional colleagues across the organisation and liaise with external consultants and technology suppliers. You will have experience of working within a membership organisation or education institution or in corporate training using CRM, LMS, Webinar and Microsoft 365 applications. Knowledge of adult learning, online training development and delivery, training evaluation techniques will be an advantage, plus a good understanding of what makes training and CPD successful.
